2014 Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival

Purple Woods will be CLOSED Easter Weekend.
Open: April 26th/27th (Final weekend)

~ Open for General Visitation - 10:00m to 2:30pm (No Admission Fee)
~ Heritage Store is open during the above times for you to purchase FRESH maple syrup and maple products.

Although the Festival is over the public is invited to walk through Purple Woods and enjoy the spring weather that has finally arrived.
The Heritage Store will be open to purchase maple syrup and products and the Sugar Shack will be open to see maple sap being made into maple syrup (sap collection permitting). Please follow us on Twitter for up-to-date sap details.

Feature Summary:
Heritage Hall - Open (No Pancakes, washrooms)

Historical Displays - Closed
Aunt Penny's Cabin - Closed
ATV Transportation Shuttle - Closed

Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for cooler weather. Since Purple Woods is located on the top of the Oak Ridges Moraine it is always a little colder with some wind. Don't forget the hats and mitts!

Sorry no pets allowed at the Festival.
